Access to the cab is easy using the electric tilt ladder. As soon as it's activated, a welcome light comes on and the GX8.4 screen starts up. All you have to do is get behind the wheel and start working. Ergonomic, compact controls comprising the I-Monitor colour touchscreen and fully customisable joystick give you total control of the machine. The GX8.4 has no fewer than 10 LED lights. The latest ARC2 harvesting head ensures fast, efficient harvesting while preserving the quality of the berries and the trellising. The AUTOpinch automatic pinch adjustment combined with the double pendularity guarantee total adaptation and flexibility. The pneumatic scale train ensures total watertightness and optimum respect for the vines. The crop is cleaned by 2 lower and upper hoovers or the optional EASYclean sorting system. A large-capacity central hopper (35HL) ensures autonomy and high output.
The GX8.4 has been designed to require minimum maintenance. Daily cleaning of the machine is carried out quickly thanks to the large space available in the harvesting head and the large, secure central platform. A water column is even integrated directly into the harvesting head. This platform gives access to the entire upper part of the machine for easy maintenance and adjustments. The GX8.4 multipurpose carrier tractor can be fitted with front-mounted tools (via the GREGOIRE lift tool carrier) as well as a spray cell on the rear platform. This means that the GX8.4 can be used continuously throughout the development of the vineyard. As the GX8.4 is equipped with ISOBUS technology, the tools are directly recognised and controlled via the joystick and i-Monitor. This compact, manoeuvrable forwarder can be used in all types of vineyard and on all types of terrain, from 1.70m planting height upwards.
AUTOdrive automatically adapts the engine speed to the ground speed when driving. This integrated management of the engine speed gives the transmission unrivalled flexibility and significantly reduces both consumption and the noise level. The joystick can also be used as a forward drive control.
AUTOspeed is used to perfectly regulate the working speed, regardless of the terrain. It is simple to activate via an easily accessible button on the joystick, allowing you to return quickly to the programmed speed.

The ECOdrive system, easy to activate from the joystick during manoeuvres, allows a drastic reduction in consumption. Its end of row sequencing, which can be fully configured, reduces the engine speed and helps increase the service life of your machine by conserving use of its components.
TEP, the train of pneumatic sealing scales (GREGOIRE patented), perfectly adapts the recall force of the sealing scales to the different types of vine. By adjusting the air pressure in a membrane located underneath the scales, vines can be handled as delicately as possible whilst limiting losses on the ground.
On board sorting system allowing perfect harvest quality. The « sorting head's » oscillating motion separates the grapes from vegetal materials. The grapes are stocked in the bins and the vegetal materials are expelled via the sorting table.Ample access available for maintenance.
