Subject to your express consent, your data will be processed in order to (ii) follow up your request for subscription to our automated newsletter containing information on our products, the latest news and other advertising and/or promotional material and to (iii) send you promotional and marketing material customised according to your tastes, interests, and purchases. You are free to decide whether or not to provide your personal data, but failure to provide the data marked with an * will prevent us from fulfilling your request. Should you decide to provide us with your data, we inform you that your data will be processed by personnel authorised by the Data Controller and will be kept for the time necessary to pursue the individual purposes indicated and, in the case of consent given for the purposes indicated in point (ii), for the entire period during which the newsletter service will be active, except in any case for the withdrawal of consent or the exercise of the rights to object and erase the Data on your part. Under no circumstances will your data be disseminated, but we hereby inform you that the data may be communicated to third parties who perform specific services on the Data Controller's behalf, with a view to ensuring that the purposes mentioned above are pursued in the correct manner. Finally, we would like to remind you that pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not any personal data concerning you exist, and if so, be informed as to the source, purposes and methods of the data processing. You may also have your data updated, rectified and integrated, and obtain the erasure of any data processed unlawfully or where one of the grounds specified in Article 17 of the GDPR applies.
